In my constant search for a better understanding of the human body and its potential, I began studying yoga and have obtained a certification as a Yoga Teacher. I am also qualified to teach Birthlight Perinatal Yoga.

Moving through the body to be within oneself:

For me, the practice of yoga means being as conscious as possible and accepting the challenge of living and learning, and in this way, finding a balance within.

When teaching yoga, I ask my students to be receptive and aware of what happens to them physically, emotionally, mentally and energetically.

Pregnancy Yoga

My own pregnancy gives me inspiration to share my knowledge with other pregnant women (who are also in the second trimester). I like to share experiences together and as well offer practices such as breathing, relaxation and strengthening exercises.

The sessions will last about 75 minutes and are donation based (please bring your own mat and blanket).

The group sessions will take place when a minimum of five participants have registered. Please apply by email for further details.
